For All Women and Girls: Zimbabwe 2024/25 Highlights” is a report from UN Women Zimbabwe showing the progress made in promoting women’s rights and equality. It explains how UN Women worked with government, civil society, and communities to improve laws, policies, and everyday lives of women and girls.

Between 2024 and 2025, UN Women helped launch the National Gender Policy (2025) and supported over 100 institutions to include gender equality in their work. More than 500 officials were trained to make sure women’s needs are considered in planning and decision-making. The report also highlights the continuation of the Spotlight Initiative, which fights violence against women and girls, and has reached millions of people with awareness campaigns, safe spaces, and survivor support.

Stories of women and girls are included to show real impact—like young girls gaining confidence to stay in school, women entrepreneurs using new facilities to grow businesses, and community leaders speaking out against harmful practices. UN Women also worked on issues such as HIV prevention, women’s leadership, climate resilience, and economic empowerment.

Overall, the report shows how UN Women is helping build a Zimbabwe where women and girls can live free from violence, lead in society, and access equal opportunities.
