Gender-Responsive Procurement in Rwanda

This policy paper builds on evidence generated by UN Women and New Faces New Voices to highlight key considerations for strengthening GRP by embedding gender responsiveness as a standard practice across the procurement cycle. It calls on government institutions, partners, and gender experts to address structural barriers, strengthen institutional capacity, and advance advocacy and awareness-raising to support effective GRP implementation.
