Call for Proposals: Enhanced and meaningful women’s participation in peace and security and strengthened community-based peacebuilding efforts in Ethiopia

This call for proposals seeks to support civil society organizations (CSOs) to strengthen institutional capacities and empower rights‑holders to advance gender equality in Ethiopia. It focuses on enhancing the capacity of women peacebuilders and CSOs to meaningfully and effectively participate in the implementation of the National Action Plan on UNSCR 1325, including through engagement in the national dialogue process. Building on existing partnerships and experience, the call aims to promote women’s leadership in peacebuilding, with CSOs playing a leading role in convening, facilitating, and sustaining inclusive peacebuilding engagement.
