UN Women will contribute to programmes that will support state actors to strengthen implementation and monitoring global normative standards on Ending Violence Against Women And Girls and lead system-wide processes in prevention and response, extend evidence- based guidance and programming, strengthen multisectoral coordination of essential services, with a focus on institutional change, improving access to justice, and ensuring quality, integrated and survivor-centered multisectoral services for women and girls including across the humanitarian-development-peace-security nexus, and expand key partnerships with women’s organizations, research networks and the private sector, to ensure the continuation of essential support services and prevention programming in the context of crisis.
