Gender and Aid Effectiveness Manual

The gender and aid effectiveness manual is a component of the Transformative Financing for Gender Equality and Women Empowerment Programme of UN Women in partnership with MoF and Ministry of Women, Children and Youth (MoWCY). The programme aims to ensure equitable distribution of international financing to address gender inequality and empowerment of women as part of the efforts to ensure gender responsive national planning and budgeting system.

The objectives of this Manual are to contribute to developing the capacity  of MoF External Resource Mobilization and related directorates and to strengthen the accountability system within MoF to address gender gaps in international financing.
