About the indices and report: In the lead up to the SDG Summit, the experimental twin indices are a key contribution to the SDGs stock-taking moment and a means of furthering the efforts for achieving SD5. Each index addresses a different set of issues, which when used together provides a more complete picture of countries’ progress towards women’s empowerment and gender equality.
