The publication innovates in creating what the author names "The Matrix of Her Success". It is the case study of UN Women's Economic Empowerment successes in Mali. The document delineates the success factors of a Malian woman in business, Mme Sirébara. The publication emphases the supremacy of personality over the combination of regular entrepreneurship development resources such as financing, technology, technical capacity and market access which remain important. This translated into an unstoppable multiplier of women’s economic empowerment and business successes. It then simply outlines the socioeconomic life and businesses of the woman, giving the readers the possibility to draw their own conclusions.
