The expression of interest proposal seeks to establish a Civil Society Regional Reference Group (CSRRG) to combat violence against women and girls (VAWG) and advance gender equality. The CSRRG will provide advisory, advocacy, and accountability functions, comprising up to 15 voluntary civil society experts and youth leaders. This group will guide the Spotlight Initiative Africa Regional Programme (SIARP 2), ensuring its effectiveness and accountability to women's movements and youth networks.

Le CSRRG assurera des fonctions de conseil, de plaidoyer et de responsabilité, et comprendra jusqu'à 15 experts volontaires de la société civile et leaders de la jeunesse. Ce groupe guidera le programme régional africain de l'initiative Spotlight (SIARP 2), en veillant à son efficacité et à sa responsabilité vis-à-vis des mouvements de femmes et des réseaux de jeunes.
